Some House Rules

No smoking of any kind indoors

We are Cannabis friendly for our outdoor spaces 

We ask that the highest safety measures are in place around the use of the pool, and that children of any age are not let beyond the deck gate without adult supervision

Although we do love candles, we ask as a safety measure that they are not used at the Airbnb

Please do not leave the BBQ unattended when on and ensure that the gas has been turned off

The Kitchen

All of our cookware are heavy duty Zwilling pots and have a non-stick seal. It is recommended that these pots are not turned used on the hottest heat, to avoid the coating burning, but they cook very nicely somewhere around medium to medium high. Use all silicone utensils for all of the cookware. 

When using the dishwasher, cleaning pods are located under the kitchen sink. There is a power button on the left side of the dishwasher that needs to be turned on before using. 

Maintaining Cleanliness

Since we are in the country we want to make sure that we don’t leave food out on the countertops or on the deck, and that we keep the highest standards for cleanliness.

The Laundry Room

The washer/dryer is available for guest use, we would appreciate it if it is not used excessively, but it is available for your use as needed. Because we have tried to ensure that we provide you with the highest quality linens, we would appreciate it if you leave the washing to our professionals. When leaving the Airbnb, please leave all linens on the beds, and the cleaners will remove them. 

If for any reason you need to wash out a stain on the linens, we ask that you spray it with Oxy-Clean (in the cabinets above the washing machine), and soak it in cold water, and let it dry outside. 

The Pool

Your safety is our highest priority.

- Children under 12 are never allowed beyond the wood deck without adult supervision. We have a gate provided for additional safety, but want to ensure that this safety measure is always upheld. 

- Please do not change the settings on the heater, if you want to ensure that your heat is maintained at the highest level, you can roll out our solar cover at night to keep the heat in. During the summer months the pool should maintain its heat. 

- No diving allowed 

- There is a skimmer available on the wood fence for any top leaves or natural debris that need removing. 

Check out

When checking out, we ask that all food is taken out of the fridge and taken with you. We will dispose of any garbage. 

Please leave all used towels, bathrobes,  bath and beach towels in the laundry bin provided in the laundry room.

Most of the art at Evermore Guest House is created by Toronto artist Cynthia Pechenick unless otherwise noted. You can purchase these pieces including the frame for $200 CAD each, which are Prince Edward County inspired.. You can view her other works on her instagram or Facebook @Cynthia_Pechenick_Artist.
